About the Job

As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing (Cards), you will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns for acquisition goals, offering you growth opportunities and contributing to organizational success through innovative strategies.

 

The Senior Product Marketing Manager, will be responsible for:

  • Own revenue target for Credit Card marketing across the region
  • Strong business lens with ability to review and input into business plan, understands key drivers such as seasonality and its impact on demand and revenue
  • Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategies to promote and drive acquisition of credit cards that are scalable and serve local market needs
  • Position MoneyHero Group as the preferred destination to learn and apply for credit cards
  • Deep understanding of customer segments, purchase behavior and lifecycle journey to develop marketing strategies that will drive incremental revenue across new and existing customers
  • Lead and manage the cards marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Partner with marketing cross-functional teams across brand, content, paid media and lifecycle to execute impactful high quality marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials to engage and attract customers.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging marketing trends.

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a team management or multi market regional experience
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition and online marketplace
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Understanding of web analytics tools, social media marketing applications and digital display marketing platforms 
  • Creative mindset and understanding of consumer journey in financial product application

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.
