About the Job
This role will be Support campaign execution in banking products for Hong Kong
The Executive, Marketing Operations will be responsible for:
- Manage campaign schedule, offer details, be responsible on offer log and project management tool on Monday.com
- Work closely with product marketing team on campaign schedule, make sure internal teams are correctly/ timely informed
- Develop campaign brief, creative brief, T&C based on direction by product marketing team, work closely with agency to ensure assets are delivered on time
- Work closely with commercial operations on marketing material asset approval, revision, launch across channels accurately and on time
- Regularly review the platform for content accuracy and operational efficiency
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the Product Manager and suggest improvements to streamline processes
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field
- 2-4 years of marketing operation experience, preferably in finance services, e-commerce and experience in handling large scale of campaigns
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and suggesting solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Language: full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English is a must. The role will work closely with teammates in the HK market.
