The paid media and performance marketing function at MoneyHero Group is essential in driving growth and maximizing return on investment through strategic use of channels like SEM, display, and paid social marketing. This function manages integrated marketing campaigns across multiple countries, working closely with local marketing teams to drive awareness, conversion, and optimize budget spend. By leveraging data-driven insights, running experiments, and collaborating on strategic projects, the performance marketing team ensures efficient budget use and strong ROI, contributing to the overall success of MoneyHero Group’s marketing efforts.

 

About the Job

As a Manager, Paid Media, you will lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, driving growth and ROI for the Philippines markets. You will own the end-to-end performance of integrated campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, and you’ll manage a team responsible for campaign execution, optimization, and experimentation.

The Manager, Paid Media will be responsible for:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, etc.
  • Collaborate with country marketing teams on developing and executing holistic performance marketing and content strategies (via paid and organic channels)
  • Cultivate strong relationships with country marketing teams by providing data-driven insights, regular reporting and strategic guidance on performance marketing
  • Develop quarterly marketing budgets across countries based on key business objectives and optimize strategy throughout the quarter
  • Own regular reporting on paid marketing performance using current reporting frameworks and suggest / implement improvements to current reporting tools
  • Manage experimentation across markets to drive most efficient spend of marketing budget and ROI
  • Own roll-out of key strategic group-level marketing projects in the countries you work with
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team (both at the Group and country level) as well as product and technology teams on strategic projects and initiatives

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • 6-8 years of experience in the field of digital marketing responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to work with stakeholders across multiple markets and functions
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - experience working in a regional marketing role and/or agency a plus
  • In-depth understanding and experience using various performance marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Tiktok, Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, etc.
  • Experience managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets
  • Hands on experience using Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign manager, etc.
  • Experience running A/B tests to drive optimization
  • Deep understanding of data driven performance marketing including creating dashboard for data visualization in Excel/GSheets
  • Familiarity with Big Query, Looker Studio, Super Metrics and AirFlow a plus
  • Basic command of Python, SQL a plus
  • Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to develop strategy recommendations and optimization tactics 
  • Fluent in English and Tagalog
  • Proactive self-starter

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?
