About the Job

As the Lead, Strategic Projects, you will be instrumental in driving both strategic projects and high-impact partnerships that align with our long-term business objectives. This role will see you not only leading cross-functional teams to deliver on key initiatives but also exploring, conceptualizing, and executing strategic partnerships that can drive meaningful business impact. You will work closely with senior management to identify new partnership opportunities that complement our platform, enhance customer value, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Explore and conceptualize strategic partnerships that enhance business growth, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new partners to drive business impact.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define project objectives, partnership goals, scope, and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage detailed project and partnership plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, partnership deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Monitor project and partnership progress, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project timelines, partnership success, and overall outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in exploring, developing, and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, build partnerships, and drive consensus among team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and reading, to collaborate with local stakeholders in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

Good to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field 
  • Proven experience (8 years minimum) as a Project Manager or Project Lead, preferably in a strategic role
  • Experience in leading partnership initiatives that drive business impact across multiple markets
  • Background in branding, media, or marketing communications, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these areas to support strategic partnerships and project goals

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.

Our salary structure consists of 12 months basic salary only.
