The platform, which previously launched in 2019 under the name eKos_Connect, has already been collaborating with over 350 creators, across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Philippines and has helped its creators collectively earn a total of over US$1.5 million.

 

About the Job

As the Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing our affiliates across Singapore. Your main role will be to define, implement and manage our affiliate strategy, using best practice, data insights and collaboration with your colleagues. Excellent communication and people skills are key to succeeding in this role, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with top affiliate partners and working closely with internal stakeholders.

The Partnerships Lead, Creatory will be responsible for:

 

  • Affiliate and Creator Management:
    • Manage and nurture affiliate contacts across Tier 1 & 2, with a focus on expanding the affiliate and creator network in Singapore. Bring onboard new affiliates and long-tail creators, including both lifestyle influencers and emerging personal finance content creators, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for newly onboarded long-tail creators, guiding them through SingSaver promotions across various verticals and products. Educate them on the SingSaver user journey, tracking capabilities, payout, and billing accuracy to ensure a seamless start.
  • Business Development and Growth Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a growth strategy for Tier 1 & 2 affiliates and long-tail creators, aligning with the strategic direction set. Proactively explore new business opportunities and build a strong distribution network to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiation and Deal Optimization:
    • Be a win-win negotiator; secure the best possible affiliate deals and contracts, and proactively optimize existing deals with large affiliates. Ensure long-tail creators are set up for success by providing them with constructive feedback on maximizing player value.
  • Content Planning and Execution:
    • Plan and execute fixed-fee content for providers with creators, coordinating across providers, creators, and internal teams. Ensure the accuracy of tracking and billing, and ensure the content aligns with our strategic vision.
  • BTL Campaign Execution:
    • Lead below-the-line (BTL) campaigns with creators across multiple products, ensuring accurate and timely execution of these campaigns, including the coordination of unique gift distributions separate from standard SingSaver offers.
  • Data-Driven Performance Monitoring:
    • Regularly analyze, review, and monitor affiliate and creator deals, optimizing performance based on cost and player value. Champion the use of data and provide insights and recommendations for revenue improvement to the leadership team.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal operational and creative teams to enhance landing pages, marketing, and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate and creator networks.
  • Stakeholder and Partner Relations:
    • Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with key partners, positioning as a trusted industry expert in the region. Provide feedback and support to ensure partners and creators are positioned for long-term success.
  • Campaign Support and Market Analysis:
    • Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns, and pitches. Conduct in-depth analysis at the partner or market level to identify trends and changes, providing actionable insights.
  • Risk Evaluation and Metrics Tracking:
    • Measure key results, including revenue, competitive positioning, and supply metrics. Evaluate revenue risk for new strategies and initiatives, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • 5 years+ of experience in Account Management/ Business Development roles with strong knowledge of the eCommerce and affiliate/content creator industry
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
  • Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities, and driving the implementation of solutions to realize them
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environment
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment
  • Knowledge of statistics, and applying to commercial problem-solving
  • A proven track record of driving initiatives independently and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
  • Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly
  • Comfortable working with numerical skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
  • Bachelor’s in Business or quantitative disciplines are preferred

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?
