THE ROLE

We are on the hunt for a data driven Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving the overall content strategy, enabling SingSaver to create engaging and empowering financial content to help people make informed decisions. This role will require you to be an expert in all things content related and excel in channel optimisation, brand consistency, analytics and meaningful measurement.

YOUR TASK

  • Build a comprehensive content marketing strategy that spans the entire marketing funnel and effectively engages our target audience segments
  • Identify, evaluate and implement content opportunities, partnerships and initiatives to meet strategic business objectives 
  • Always with the SEO hat on, lead content creation across a variety of formats, including blogs, whitepapers, videos, emails, social posts, ad copy, landing pages, guides, and more
  • Stay abreast of market developments and monitor the competitive landscape to position the company as the market leader. Conduct competitor and keyword gap analysis to find opportunities to widen organic demand capture for key verticals
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice across all channels including online, social media, email and video. Balance between search engine optimisation and trends to ensure that all content adds value to the consumer
  • Adapt content and messaging across channels (videos, infographics, long form articles, newsletters) etc to drive traffic, engagement and leads
  • Formulate a cross-platform content strategy and manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
  • Ensure data is thoroughly analyzed and recommendations are made based on those results. 
  • Oversee the integration of content activities within marketing campaigns. 
  • Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing
  • With the Content Editor, from time to time, edit, proofread and improve content from team of writers and/or agency
  • Owns  the content game plan, setting up schedules for what gets published and when for content and social media

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field. 
  • 8+ years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation for different target demographics. 
  • Prior experience in Social Media and Public Relations is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in managing large teams
  • Outstanding command of the English language
  • Keen interest in the world of personal finance
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing a successful content strategy
  • Clear understanding of business goals behind Content’s purpose, and fluent in web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and social media analytic tools
  • Ideal candidates should have a keen eye for detail, strong research skills, and possess a good understanding of SEO principles and keyword demand
  • Good experience of finding creative freelancers and getting outsourced work done where necessary

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?
