About the Job
As the Head of Paid Media, you are data driven and business savvy to develop strategies to impact topline and bottom line of our business. You will lead your team to optimize advertising strategies to drive incremental revenue across our brands and increase our brand exposure and preference, offering the opportunity to innovate in a dynamic field and significantly enhance our company's market presence and revenue.
The Head of Paid Media will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies for our core businesses in Banking, Insurance, Creatory and ShopHero to drive traffic, increase conversions, balancing profitability and new user growth.
- Lead and manage the paid media team, fostering a culture of performance excellence and continuous improvement and oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns.
- Reviewing quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue forecasts and articulating opportunities and risks in plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing verticals, sales, and content, to deliver on business and marketing objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables and ROI
- Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation and expenditure tracking
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in paid media marketing
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
