About the Job

As a CEO’s Associate at MoneyHero Group (MHG), you will join a small, high-performing team within the CEO Office. This role offers exposure to strategic initiatives, high-impact projects, and the inner workings of a NASDAQ-listed FinTech company with ambitious growth goals. You will play a key role in solving complex problems, executing on mission-critical tasks, and driving cross-functional collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to develop a broad skill set, gain deep business insights, and make a tangible impact on the company’s success.

 

The CEO’s Associate will be responsible for:

  • Leading and executing high-priority, cross-functional projects aligned with MHG’s strategic goals
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for business growth, operational improvements, and customer experience enhancements
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and various teams across the business to solve critical challenges
  • Developing scalable processes and driving execution to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring adaptability across different business functions.
  • Contributing to the development of new products, partnerships, or revenue streams.
  • Acting as a thought partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff and providing strategic input on key business decisions.

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience: 2–5+ years of work experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, start-up, or high-growth company.
  • Track Record: Proven history of exceptional performance in demanding environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
  • Autonomy: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working on diverse projects across multiple functions.
  • Quantitative Skills: A background in STEM or a similarly quantitative discipline is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion: A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and a drive to make a meaningful impact on a growing business.

Location:

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
