We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Lead to manage the full product life cycle of our mobile app from launch to establishing product-market fit and beyond. The ideal candidate will define the product strategy, build the roadmap and work with the cross-functional teams to execute a Go-To-Market strategy.

 

The Lead, Product will be responsible for:

The mobile app product lead is a highly strategic and cross-functional and will include the following activities:

Zero-to-One mobile app Development

  • Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our mobile app, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives
  • Build the roadmap, prioritize features, balancing user needs, product-market fit and business objectives
  • Establish and track KPI’s to measure product success and drive continuous improvement (eg : DAU/MAU, activation, retention, user feedback)

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Create a comprehensive GTM plan, defining key milestones, timelines, and actions needed to launch the mobile app successfully
  • Partner with marketing to create a compelling messaging and positioning for the mobile app that resonates with both new and existing MHG users
  • Coordinate the launch campaign, including pre-launch activities, user acquisition strategies, early user testing (beta programs), and post-launch performance tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute acquisition campaigns across various channels

Post-launch engagement and optimization

  • Monitor user feedback, app store reviews, creator feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement after launch
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and product adoption (eg: push notifications, in-app messaging, gamification)
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize app features, monitor user behavior, and inform product iterations

Cross-functional leadership and collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing and data to ensure successful product delivery and launch
  • Provide leadership and clear direction in prioritizing features and making product decisions that align with both user needs and business goals
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders related to the mobile app, including executives, engineers and marketers.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management experience, with a strong focus on mobile app development
  • Proven track record of launching mobile apps in either consumer or enterprise markets from zero to one
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development (iOS/Android) and the technical aspects of mobile architecture and integration with web platforms
  • Deep experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, including product positioning, app store optimization, launch planning, and post-launch marketing
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure the success of the app (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, user feedback).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills; ability to work with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to drive results.
  • Familiarity with mobile app analytics tools and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong user-centric design understanding, with experience in working with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, mobile-first experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain complex
  • ideas to various stakeholders, including executives and non-technical teams.

Other relevant Skills:

  • Familiarity with app monetization models
  • Bi-lingual fluency in English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques, user acquisition and retention strategies for mobile apps
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality content
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?
