About the Job

The Marketing Associate drives brand engagement and growth by managing social media, building vibrant communities, executing impactful campaigns, and orchestrating memorable events.

The Associate, Marketing will be responsible for:

Social Media Management

  • Moderate and maintain social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and post engaging content, facilitating discussions to foster community interaction.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and community initiatives.
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, and campaign success.

Community Management

  • Moderate website activity to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for users.
  • Manage and analyze community feedback, providing actionable insights to improve user experience.
  • Assist in drafting and managing content for community newsletters (EDMs), including product updates and key promotions.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage end-to-end product campaigns, liaising with internal teams (e.g., Rewards, Legal, Performance, Insurance) and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Create campaign timelines, social media copy, and marketing materials while adhering to deadlines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, produce detailed reports, and deliver post-campaign analyses.

Event Planning and Logistics

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, overseeing logistics such as securing venues, catering, and marketing.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, analyse attendee data, and produce After Action Reports (AARs).

Seedly’s Flagship: Personal Finance Festival (PFF)

  • Execute ticket sales, marketing efforts, and event-day operations for PFF.
  • Create necessary marketing materials, including copies, EDMs, and other promotional assets, ensuring seamless execution from production to event day.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Rewards and Legal to coordinate preparations for PFF.
  • Fulfill digital media entitlements for sponsors and partners, including creating and approving deliverables.
  • Work with the manager to coordinate with external partners and speakers to onboard them into the event programme.
  • Actively participate in logistics planning and handle ad-hoc responsibilities as required to support the success of the event.
  • On event day, oversee the Seedly booth, engaging with attendees to answer questions and promote Seedly’s mission and initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed After Action Reports (AAR) post-event, analysing attendee feedback, sponsor deliverables, and overall event performance to identify areas for improvement.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, community engagement, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and deriving insights for future improvements.
  • Skilled in event planning and logistics coordination.
  • Confident and proactive team player with a collaborative attitude.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
