You will be responsible for building and growing partnerships for MoneyHero Group. You will be part of the Hong Kong team, responsible for driving our next big challenge - our transformation from being a comparison platform to being a fully integrated financial management platform. In order to do this, you need an array of skills - account management, comfortable with numbers, resourceful with an insatiable drive to push things forward and to grow fast.

As a Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for the recruitment, and management of our affiliates across Hong Kong. Your main role will be to define, implement and manage our affiliate strategy, using best practice, data insights and collaboration with your colleagues. Excellent communication and people skills are key to succeed in this role to be able to build and maintain strong relationships with top affiliate partners as well as to work closely with internal stakeholders.

Your role may also involve leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of Account Managers, therefore previous management experience would be beneficial to thrive in this opportunity.

The Junior Partnership Lead will be responsible for:

Manage affiliate contacts (Tier 1 & 2) in HK

  • Drive business development by focusing on bringing onboard affiliates & KOLs and exploring new opportunities.
  • Develop a growth strategy for Tier 1 & 2 affiliates, based on the strategic direction set
  • Be a win-win negotiator; ensure the best affiliate deals and contracts are being offered and proactively negotiate and optimize current deals with large affiliates.
  • Champion the use of data; regularly analyze, review and monitor affiliate deals and performance in terms of cost and player value.
  • Collaborate with the internal operational and creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our key partners, providing them with trustworthy and valuable feedback to ensure we're setting them up for success.
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and partners in the region to be a trusted industry expert
  • Grow partner revenue through optimization and new business strategies to increase the distribution network of the group
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis at a partner or market level to explain latest trends and changes
  • Provide recommendations on how to improve revenue to partners and the leadership team
  • Support local teams on business development initiatives, campaigns, and pitches
  • Measure key results, including revenue, competitive, and supply metrics
  • Evaluate revenue risk for new strategies and initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate risks

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • 2 to 3 years + of experience in Account Management/ Business Development role
  • strong knowledge of the eCommerce, finance and affiliate/content creator industry will be a big plus
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
  • Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities, and driving the implementation of solutions to realize them
  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers and commercial environment
  • Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment
  • Knowledge of statistics, and applying to commercial problem solving
  • A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
  • Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly
  • Comfortable working with numerical skills and detail-oriented
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
  • Bachelor’s in Business or quantitative discipline
  • Must have verbal and written proficiency in Cantonese

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.
