About the Job

In this role you will have the opportunity to drive growth and return on investment through paid media (across SEM, display and paid social marketing) alongside organic growth. You will be responsible for owning the performance of integrated marketing campaigns across channels and countries to drive awareness and conversion amongst our target audiences.  

You will be the key point of contact within the regional team for our country marketing colleagues in one to two markets - which will require you to collaborate closely with our country teams to develop holistic marketing strategies, share best practices across our markets and  drive forward key group-level strategic projects.

The Manager, Growth Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, etc. Own performance of all paid channels, able to optimize campaigns strategy to achieve set target.
  • Champion on data marketing, be comfortable on using / manipulating data and thus to create data informed strategy
  • Develop quarterly marketing budgets across countries based on key business objectives and optimize strategy throughout the quarter
  • A/B Test and provide proactive insights and analysis on strategic challenges and new marketing opportunities.
  • Reporting and dashboard development and maintenance. Oversee and manage the work-flow of data quality management, data cleansing and data exchange processes by designing and implementing different rules and best practices.
  • Work closely with consumer brand leads (e.g. MoneyHero brand) to develop and execute tactical campaigns, always on strategies and other marketing objectives via paid channels
  • Build strong relationships with our consumer brand marketing teams by providing data-driven insights, regular reporting and strategic guidance on paid performance marketing

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • 6-8 years of experience in the field of digital marketing responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
  • In-depth understanding and experience managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets
  • A deep understanding and hands on experience of performance marketing and analytics platforms is a must, especially in various performance marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Facebook ads manager, DV 360, Tiktok, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign manager, etc.
  • Ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to develop strategy recommendations and optimization tactics 
  • Solid understanding and experience in data attribution, business models with different data handling, to be able to best manage and measure end-to-end business results
  • Good to have experience on a regional and local set up, to be able to facilitate discussion and skilled on stakeholder management
  • Optimistic, open-minded, curious, and highly motivated to make an impact
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, at all levels.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?
