Regional Creative Director & Brand Activation
THE ROLE:
As the Regional Creative Director & Brand Activation Lead you'll be at the forefront of driving creative performance through innovative visual storytelling. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven strategies to enhance our creative performance from print campaigns to digital through to offline design. As the Regional Creative Director & Brand Activation Lead, you'll play a critical role in shaping the visual language of our brands while ensuring engagement and performance across multiple channels.
This role manages a team of creative designers and the position requires experience in AI tools to drive efficiency and scalability .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement across platforms. The briefs are varied from print, digital, outdoor and experiential.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, Content, Product & Design) to understand campaign goals and craft visuals that enhance ad performance.
- Utilize AI generative tools to streamline and innovate the creative process from ideation to execution for performance.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance data to refine visual strategies and optimize future campaigns.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and impactful ideas for marketing creatives.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Provide leadership, creative inspiration, direction, mentorship, coaching and guidance of creative team members.
- Develop skills and competencies within the creative team to enable continuously innovative creative solutions.
- Manage capacity and allocation of resources to ensure accurate, on-time and on-budget deliverables.
- Establish workflows and SOPs in order to improve delivery efficiencies.
- Project Administration and Management for Brand Activations: From developing activation plans and timelines, management of agency and vendors and creative development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role within a creative agency or in-house team
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media ad campaigns and performance-driven design
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing
- Proficiency in using AI generative toolsSolid understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement and conversion
- Ability to interpret data insights to inform and adapt design strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire the creative team
- Knowledge in the field of fintech and financial space is definitely advantageous
- Strategic thinker who balances creativity with a data-driven approach to achieve results
- Adaptable and open-minded, eager to explore new technologies and methodologies
- Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team
- Comfortable in managing multiple projects concurrently
