This is a fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. We will prioritise candidates who are based in Malaysia and do not require a work visa sponsorship.

About the Job

As an Endpoint Security Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's endpoint devices. This role offers a unique opportunity to protect critical systems, implement cutting-edge security measures, and play a vital role in safeguarding financial data. The Endpoint Security Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Endpoint Protection
    • Manage and ensure the implementation of endpoint protection solutions, with a primary focus on JumpCloud.
    • Regularly monitor and verify that all users are utilizing JumpCloud endpoint protection as per the organization’s security standards.

 

  • Device Tracking and Reporting
    • Maintain an accurate inventory of all devices within the organization.
    • Generate and analyze regular reports on endpoint security status and provide insights for continuous improvement.

 

  • Anti-Virus Management
    • Oversee and confirm the deployment and maintenance of anti-virus software on all user devices.
    • Conduct periodic checks to ensure the anti-virus software is up-to-date and functioning effectively.

 

  • Patch Management
    • Implement and manage patch management processes for operating systems and software to ensure all endpoints are up-to-date with the latest security patches.
    • Schedule and coordinate patch deployments to minimize disruptions to user productivity.

 

  • Security Investigations
    • Conduct file, process, and application investigations in response to security incidents or concerns.
    • Collaborate with the IT security team to identify and mitigate potential threats.

 

  • Endpoint Installation Management
    • Facilitate and manage the installation of endpoint applications and software as required by end users.
    • Ensure that endpoint installations adhere to security policies and best practices.
    • Revoke access and uninstall applications when they are no longer needed.

 

  • Compliance Questionnaires:
    • Collaborate with the InfoSec team to complete and respond to compliance questionnaires and audits.
    • Ensure that endpoint security practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 

  • Collaboration with InfoSec:
    • Work closely with the InfoSec team to enhance overall security posture.
    • Provide support for security initiatives and contribute to the development of security policies and procedures.

 

  • User Support:
    • Manage and facilitate end user requests for administrative tasks, including application installations that require elevated privileges.
    • Grant and revoke administrative access based on user needs, ensuring security best practices are followed.

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Knowledge of endpoint protection tools, with a focus on JumpCloud.
  • Familiarity with anti-virus software deployment and management.
  • Experience in patch management for operating systems and software.
  • Understanding of security investigation techniques and best practices.
  • Experience with user support and administration of administrative tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 

Good to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)) are a plus.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
