About the Job
As a Comparison Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions by providing objective comparisons of various products or services. Whether in the realm of finance, insurance, consumer goods, or other industries, your expertise will guide individuals or businesses through complex options to identify the best fit for their needs.
The Comparison Advisor 1 will be responsible for:
- Assist customers by providing guidance through comparison services for optimized personal finance products selection
- Deliver complete customer satisfaction through high standards of interaction and service
- Educate customers by walking them through the qualifying criteria in order to assess the suitability of the product
- Verifying customer details through phone interaction and ensure that all needed data files are kept updated
- Provide business value through consistent delivery of sales targets and by maximizing opportunities for repeat business
- Display initiative for general business improvement by providing candid, objective, and respectful feedback to peers, managers, and organizational leaders
- Achieve KPI targets that are aligned with the overarching business objectives such as but not limited to revenue targets, referral generation, productivity, quality and process adherence, attendance, etc.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Experience in a similar role for an outbound sales program
- Professional communication skills and fluent in English and Filipino Ability to communicate service or product terms at different levels of understanding for a varied audience with a high level of customer-focused salesmanship
- A results-driven work ethic and keen on solving problems
- A strong drive for innovation and continuous learning
