Intern, Marketing - Campaign / Performance Marketing (SG)

This is a full-time internship from mid May to early August 2025. We will prioritise candidates who can commit for the full internship period.
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Singapore Marketing team in enhancing our brand presence, developing marketing strategies, and engaging with our audience. You’ll gain practical experience in a dynamic environment, deepen your understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies, and contribute to projects that drive brand growth.
The Intern, Marketing will be responsible for:
- Assisting the team in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for promotional campaigns
- Conducting market and competitor research to identify new marketing opportunities and target audiences
- Supporting the tracking and analysis of campaign performance and compiling post-campaign reports
- Helping maintain marketing documentation and supporting CRM updates related to marketing activities
- Participating in internal and external meetings to observe marketing discussions and assisting in post-meeting action items
- Assisting in various marketing projects as required to support team goals
- Assist in the setup, execution and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta and etc.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and other tracking platforms.
- Help with A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, brand management, or the marketing services industry
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese is a must
- A team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn
Good to have:
- Prior internship experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and/or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- An eye for detail when preparing reports and presentations
- Interest in analytics and interpreting performance data to improve marketing strategies
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO and social media advertising.
- Curiosity about data, user behaviour and advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical and excel/google sheet skills.
