About the Job
MoneyHero is on the hunt for a meticulous and detail-obsessed Listings QA Analyst to join our dynamic Commercial team. This role is mission-critical: ensuring that all listings and provider-related content published on our Hong Kong platform are accurate, compliant, and promotion-perfect. You'll work closely with our Product Content, Marketing, and Commercial teams to QA everything from provider T&Cs to promotional copy — basically, if it's going live, you're the last line of defense.

The Product Content QA Specialist will be responsible for:
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Perform detailed QA checks on product listings and campaign pages, including provider T&Cs, offers, and disclosures before publication.
- Validate accuracy and alignment of content with source materials provided by financial institutions and commercial partners.
- Identify discrepancies and flag potential compliance or regulatory concerns.
- Content Validation
- Cross-reference published product content against original documents (e.g., product brochures, provider websites, or campaign briefs).
- Ensure localization accuracy in Traditional Chinese (where applicable) and relevancy to the Hong Kong market.
- Collaborative Review
- Partner with Product Content and Marketing teams to ensure campaign timelines are met without compromising quality.
- Support Commercial team members in interpreting T&Cs and promotional mechanics to ensure listings represent them faithfully.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain a QA checklist and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for different product types and campaign formats.
- Log findings and maintain an error-tracking database for continuous improvement and feedback loops.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively suggest enhancements to QA processes, tools, or templates.
- Participate in retrospectives or review meetings to improve campaign execution and QA timelines.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- 1–3 years of experience in QA, content review, compliance, editorial operations, or a similar role—preferably in a digital/financial services environment.
- Proficiency in written Traditional Chinese and/or Cantonese—ability to review and understand localized financial terminology, campaign language, and provider T&Cs tailored for the Hong Kong audience.
- Sharp attention to detail with a knack for spotting inconsistencies.
- Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in CMS environments and using collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Excel/Sheets).
- Understanding of our financial products and accompanying offers based on our rewards program
Good to have:
- Familiarity with financial products (credit cards, loans, insurance, etc.) in the Hong Kong market is a strong advantage.
