About the Job

We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner who wants to roll up their sleeves and make a meaningful impact. This is not your traditional HRBP role. You’ll work closely with senior business leaders, drive key People & Talent (P&T) initiatives, and play a vital role in shaping an exceptional employee experience across the full talent lifecycle.

The Senior People Business Partner will be responsible for:

You’ll act as the trusted HR advisor to our business units, with a strong focus on enabling people-centric solutions that power business outcomes. Here’s how:

Business Partnership

  • Be the go-to HR partner for assigned business groups, working closely with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Meet regularly with business leaders to provide proactive, practical HR advice across talent, performance, retention, compensation, and engagement.

People Lifecycle and Programs

  • Lead HR touchpoints across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, internal mobility, and offboarding.
  • Champion the roll-out and adoption of P&T programs in the Philippines, from compensation reviews to engagement campaigns.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Own and resolve complex ER cases (harassment, grievances, civil rights complaints) with empathy, speed, and legal precision.
  • Ensure HR practices are compliant with local employment laws and internal governance standards, with strong documentation discipline.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Monitor headcount and staff costs, and ensure they stay aligned with budgets.
  • Analyze trends and insights from people metrics to guide decision-making and recommend improvements.

Culture & Engagement

  • Be an active culture carrier. Foster transparent communication, high ethical standards, and a collaborative environment.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives that genuinely move the needle on morale, trust, and team connection.

Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Work closely with the broader P&T team to implement global and regional HR projects including HR transformation, policy enhancements, and tech adoption.
  • Drive the performance and compensation cycles with a structured, fair, and business-aligned approach.

Ad-hoc and Cross-Functional Support

  • Support or lead cross-functional people initiatives as needed.
  • Be flexible and hands-on, stepping in wherever required to make things better.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growth environment and knows how to balance people-first thinking with business pragmatism.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years in a senior HR Business Partnering role.
  • Strong exposure across key HR pillars like Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance.
  • Proven success managing senior stakeholders (C-1 level and up).
  • Track record in handling complex ER issues and driving resolutions confidently.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor law; familiarity with Hong Kong or Taiwan employment regulations is a plus.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multicultural setup.
  • Business mindset with a knack for reading data and translating it into action.
  • Must be Strategic, analytical and AI-literate.

Must-Have Traits:

  • Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence.
  • Self-starter, able to operate with high autonomy and manage multiple priorities.
  • High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness.
  • Empathetic and people-centric, with a sharp commercial edge.

Good to have:

  • Change management experience.
  • Exposure to HR transformation or system implementations.
  • A strong service mentality — someone who builds trust and drives impact.
  • Agile, resourceful, and unafraid to dive into the details when needed.

Why Join Us?

  • You’ll work with senior leaders who value and act on HR’s input.
  • You’ll have the autonomy to shape HR practices and be a true change agent.
  • You’ll join a regional People & Talent team that is collaborative, supportive, and always up for a challenge.
  • You’ll work in a culture that’s grounded in performance, transparency, and trust — and we actually mean it.
  • You’ll help build a company that is growing fast, thinking boldly, and reimagining what HR can do.
