About the Job
We are looking for a driven and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. This role will be instrumental in delivering monthly marketing targets and ensuring campaign performance is constantly optimized for effectiveness and ROI.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Product, and Design to align campaigns with business goals and support Moneymax’s mission of becoming the leading financial comparison platform in the Philippines.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring creativity, analytical rigor, and a strong sense of ownership.
The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies to support monthly lead generation and acquisition targets.
- Translate business goals into integrated campaign plans across digital and offline channels.
- Create and manage the monthly campaign calendar with specific goals, key activities, and lead targets per channel.
- Identify audience opportunities per product category and tailor campaign approaches accordingly.
Execution and Optimization
- Manage campaign execution across paid social, display, search, email, and onsite promotions.
- Propose and implement initiatives to improve cost-efficiency, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis, using KPIs such as CPL, conversion rate, CTR, VTA%, and ROI.
- A/B test key campaign elements such as creative assets, messaging, and landing pages.
Creative Direction
- Collaborate with in-house designers and external agencies to provide clear, strategic creative briefs.
- Guide asset development for various platforms, ensuring brand alignment and campaign impact.
- Review and approve creatives with an eye for performance-driven design and copy.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with Product and Commercial teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Coordinate closely with the Analytics team to track performance and derive actionable insights.
E. Budget and Reporting
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets across channels to ensure efficient spending.
- Own reporting frameworks and dashboards to monitor vertical-level and campaign-specific performance.
- Deliver pre, post, and mid-campaign analysis with insights and clear recommendations for future improvements.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business or marketing
- 5+ years of marketing and campaign experience, including campaign management and digital media planning experience
- Experience in ecommerce, finance, banking, fintech or personal finance industries preferred
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns at any one time to achieve the best sales results
- Strong cross-functional project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
- Solid understanding of media mix, digital marketing and CRM concepts
- Strong analytic skills and understanding of digital ecosystems such as web analytics tools (Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (Meta, Tiktok, YouTube) and digital display marketing platforms (Google Ads)
- Proven track record of running successful campaigns to drive conversion and optimising towards campaign KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A relentless sense of responsibility and ownership in problem-solving
- The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment and process new information on the go
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
- Incredible people skills and flair for working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties
