Senior Product Designer

Hong Kong

MoneyHero Group (MHG) is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to help us design intuitive, high-converting experiences that empower users across Asia to make smarter financial decisions. As part of a lean, fast-moving design team, you’ll work across all markets—Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Taiwan—and across verticals spanning credit cards, loans, insurance, and more.

You’ll ship high-impact product features, improve existing flows, and jump into short-term projects like campaign landing pages and microsites. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other designers—and use AI tools every step of the way to work faster and smarter.

What You Will Do

  • Design end-to-end product experiences, from early exploration and rapid prototyping to detailed UI and developer handoff.
  • Collaborate across product, marketing, and growth teams to design user journeys that convert—from long-term product flows to fast-turnaround campaign pages.
  • Apply our design system in Figma to ship consistent, scalable designs across web and mobile platforms.
  • Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to accelerate UX writing, content generation, ideation, and research.
  • Incorporate insights from analytics, user testing, and experiments to iterate and optimize designs.
  • Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation and contribute to QA.
  • Bring a systems-thinking approach to improve usability, accessibility, and performance across our platform.

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have

  • A strong product mindset and a bias for shipping real impact, not just polishing pixels.
  • Experience designing for conversion in consumer-facing web or mobile products.
  • Confidence switching between long-term product design and fast, scrappy campaign work.
  • Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for using it to streamline your workflow.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills—especially in remote, cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally with a portfolio that includes both product features and short-form marketing work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design systems.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and interaction best practices.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) as a core part of your design workflow.
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for better design-dev collaboration.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of managing MoneyHero Group’s recruitment related activities, which include setting up and conducting interviews and tests for applicants, evaluating and assessing the results thereto, responding to and defending against legal claims, maintaining and promoting equal opportunities within the workplace and as is otherwise needed in the recruitment and hiring processes. Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
