The contributions you will make:

This position acts as a critical bridge between business insights, innovative ideas, and design executions. Emphasizing leadership, influence, and strategic thinking, the incumbent plays a crucial role in guiding the organization through the adoption of emerging technologies that can greatly enhance the business outcomes and strategies. Continuously collaborates with leaders and key stakeholders to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, leveraging new ideas to enhance client experiences, evolve culture and create substantial business value. As a strategic and tactical advisor, the incumbent works closely with business partners to identify opportunities for growth and value creation.

A typical day: 

  • Aligns operational and technology leadership and strategic insights, drives operational efficiency, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration for moderate initiative’s and business decisions while demonstrating learning agility across all stakeholders.
  • Develops lasting trusted business partnerships focused on business outcomes, value creation and shared mutual success that drives meaningful business results.
  • Serves as a strategic partner across assigned functional areas, collaborating with senior and department leaders, and relevant external vendors. Acts as a trusted strategic advisor and primary contact for developing integrated business and technology investments to help the organization achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Cultivates domain expertise within the business units by assessing current needs and future opportunities, emphasizing value over specific solutions.
  • Advises business leaders with exploring and defining business case criteria to support organizational, business unit and departmental initiatives.
  • Provides management technology consulting to senior and department leaders on the functionality, cost benefits and requirements of existing, new and emerging technologies to transform and optimize business operations.

 

The skills and experience we prefer you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, computer science, business management, management information systems, information systems or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), strongly desired.
  • Expert-level experience with defining and leading business strategies and a broad range of exposure to technology solutions, including the development and execution of strategic initiatives and projects. Experience working in a financial services and/or agricultural environment is desired.
  • Expert-level experience championing organizational change (i.e. leading initiatives, products, services, etc).
  • Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) strongly preferred.
  • Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM®), preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and/or Six Sigma Black Belt, preferred.
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced diplomacy skills demonstrating the ability to build trusting relationships, create constructive conflict and lead debate & discussion to achieve quality outcomes.
  • High-level of conflict resolution, negotiation, problem solving, decision making and organizational skills. Including analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced experience in business process analysis, optimization, and strategic planning, with a focus on aligning technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Ability to think tactically and strategically balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives, and adapting to changing business and technology landscapes.
  • Ability to focus on purpose, value and results rather than solutions.
  • Working knowledge of a wide variety of technology solutions, development practices, methodologies, delivery patterns and best practices.

Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.). The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

$92,055 - $139,495 USD

Level 2

$115,600 - $175,605 USD
