This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Rochester, MN offices.

The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- High school diploma or GED; secondary education preferred.
- 0-5 years of client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Preferred general knowledge of farming operations and agriculture.
- Preferred general knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Focus on client service.
- Mathematical skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational, listening, written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills, including MS Office applications, salesforce programs and/or other systems needed to perform functions of the role.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and situations.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members to service all aspects of client needs.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.

$41,300 - $58,700 USD
