To support this mission, Compliancy Group is looking for a highly qualified and highly motivated Account Executive to join the team. As an Account Executive, your role will focus on the never ending pursuit of pipeline creation, mastering the sales process and closing a high-volume of healthy deals for the business. The Account Executive will be exclusively responsible for new logos business development and will partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure that new clients get off to successful starts. For this role, we place a premium on proven success hitting pipeline generation targets, experience selling deals ranging from a 5K-75K ASP, high levels of intellectual curiosity/ability to grasp new concepts and a team-first, collaborative mentality.

This position is remote, but with options to meet in-office at key moments across the sales quarter to collaborate, build pipeline, close deals and celebrate the wins!

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years of managing the entire sales process
  • Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and qualifying as a top performer
  • Experience with sales automation tools, including CRM (Hubspot) and prospecting (Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly collaborative and motivated as much by the success of others as your own success
  • Experience in healthcare, compliance or B2B SaaS is a plus!
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by proactively generating new business through both inbound inquiries and strategic outbound initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness by meticulously recording all sales activities, interactions, and results in the company's CRM system.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to forecast and manage territory performance, setting data-driven targets for continuous improvement.
  • Regularly report key insights and performance metrics to the Manager, maintaining transparency and accountability through daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's evolving product and service offerings to communicate value effectively and stay competitive in the marketplace.

Base Salary: $85,000 with OTE potential up to $130-$150k
