BDR Manager
Imagine being a healthcare provider whose sole mission is to focus on delivering high-quality patient outcomes, but with the knowledge that you need to constantly document your compliance with key healthcare regulations along the way. Now imagine tasking someone with a limited compliance background to manage that, with looming risks of audits, breaches and fines hanging over your practice. Compliancy Group’s vision is to deliver stress-relieving, tech-enabled services and software to the healthcare community that create stronger trust between patients and providers. We’re on a mission to support small and midsized medical practices as they work to comply with critical, ongoing healthcare compliance requirements.
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven BDR Manager to lead and grow our Business Development Representative team. In this role, you'll be a key driver of pipeline growth — coaching a talented team, shaping outbound strategy, and partnering cross-functionally to bring Compliancy Group's mission to more healthcare providers who need us. If you're energized by building high-performing teams in a purpose-driven SaaS environment, this is your moment.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline targets, fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture focused on collective success.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to support each team member's continuous growth and development.
- Model a customer-centric, consultative approach to outbound prospecting — especially within the healthcare and compliance space.
Strategy Development
- Design and execute a comprehensive BDR strategy that drives consistent lead generation and pipeline growth in our target market of small and midsized medical practices.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure BDR efforts are tightly aligned with overall business objectives, messaging, and campaign calendars.
- Identify and test new outreach channels, sequences, and tactics to continuously expand our reach and improve conversion.
Process Optimization
- Continuously refine and improve BDR workflows — from prospecting and sequencing to handoff — to maximize efficiency and results.
- Establish, monitor, and communicate clear KPIs that give the team real-time visibility into performance and opportunity.
- Leverage HubSpot and other tools to streamline operations, maintain data quality, and track activity and pipeline metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth, consistent handoffs and a cohesive prospect experience from first touch to close.
- Serve as a voice of the BDR team in broader go-to-market conversations, sharing field insights that inform strategy and messaging.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate regular reports on BDR performance, pipeline contribution, and team metrics — translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and proactively adjust strategy to keep the team on track.
What We're Looking For
- Proven BDR Leadership: 3–5 years of experience leading a BDR team in a SaaS-based environment.
- Healthcare/SaaS Fluency: Familiarity with SaaS and healthcare markets, and a genuine appreciation for the value compliance tools bring to medical practices.
- Tech-Enabled Operator: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and sequences) and phone/outreach tools. You know how to use tech to make the team faster and smarter.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You make decisions grounded in data. KPIs aren't just a dashboard — they're the story of how your team is performing and where to go next.
- Sales Craft & Coaching Ability: Deep experience with outbound calling, objection handling, and value-based selling — and the ability to teach and coach these techniques effectively.
- Strong Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and energize stakeholders at all levels.
- Organized & Results-Oriented: You keep yourself and your team organized, focused, and moving — especially in a fast-paced, remote environment.
What Compliancy Group Can Offer You
- Join a proven, mission-driven company with strong market traction, big ambitions, and a competitive base salary plus bonus potential.
- We invest in your growth from day one — with in-depth onboarding and continuous on-the-job development.
- Rich, Comprehensive Benefits: Comprehensive coverage including medical, dental, vision, 401(K) with company match, generous PTO, and more.
- Collaborative, Transparent Culture: We're a team that communicates openly, celebrates wins together, and genuinely supports each other — wherever you're working from.
Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada — no commute required.
Base Salary: $90,000-$95,000 USD (OTE $125,000-$130,000 USD)
