Position Overview

CMC is seeking energetic, adaptable, and mission-driven Healthcare Operations Associates to support our growing Kansas operations across Topeka, Lawrence, Emporia, Olathe, and Kansas City, KS.

This role is designed for high-potential undergraduates or early-career professionals interested in healthcare operations, healthcare leadership, consulting, logistics, clinical operations, or senior care innovation.

This is not a traditional medical assistant role. Healthcare Operations Associates are core members of our field operations team and help execute fast-paced onsite healthcare visits across multiple specialties.

You will work directly with providers, senior center staff, and CMC leadership while learning how large-scale mobile healthcare operations are run in real time.

What You'll Do

  • Support onsite visits across dentistry, podiatry, optometry, and audiology
  • Assist providers with participant flow and operational execution
  • Help coordinate equipment, supplies, and specialty kits
  • Assist with documentation workflows and onsite logistics
  • Travel between PACE centers and healthcare sites across Kansas
  • Partner closely with center staff and clinical teams
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time
  • Help create a smooth, professional, and positive participant experience
  • Learn the operational infrastructure behind mobile healthcare delivery
