Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 (Base Salary of $50,000–$55,000 + Performance Bonus) | Benefits + 401(k)

About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious, competitive, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster.

Recruiting here is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number—and you'll be measured on it. This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You'll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.

If you've been a top performer wherever you've been, enjoy building relationships, thrive in a performance-driven environment, and want a career—not just a job—this role is for you.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly KPIs—outreach volume, screens, submittals, and hires
  • Building strong pipelines of high-quality providers and candidates
  • Improving retention and candidate engagement
  • Managing candidate expectations aligned with business needs
  • Closing candidates and moving them through the process with urgency
  • Being a positive, reliable teammate who shows up and takes ownership

What You'll Do

  • Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
  • Own a set of daily and weekly activity metrics—and beat them
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calls, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
  • Sell the opportunity, handle objections, and close
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates
  • Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
  • Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
  • Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota, KPIs, or performance targets—and the numbers to back it up
  • Top-performer mentality: if you've ranked at the top of a leaderboard, we want to hear about it
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Competitive mindset and a genuine drive to win
  • Naturally empathetic with strong emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach, cold calling, and hearing "no"
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, accountability-driven environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS/CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, or leadership preferred—quota-carrying sales experience is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 – $55,000
  • Total First-Year Earnings: $62,000 – $75,000 (base + performance-based bonuses)
  • Bonus structure tied to clear, achievable recruiting goals—the more you hit, the more you earn
  • Full benefits: health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Tight-knit team with high standards and low ego
  • Direct mentorship and real exposure to recruiting strategy
  • Clear growth opportunities as we scale nationally
  • Meaningful work that impacts real patients and communities
