Healthcare Recruiter - Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix, AZ

Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2
Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 base + performance bonus. Benefits + 401(k).

About the Role

Comprehensive Mobile Care is hiring a Healthcare Recruiter to own a desk on our Phoenix team.

This is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number. You'll recruit the providers and clinical staff who deliver care inside senior communities, which means the work is almost entirely outbound. You build the pipeline.

If you've been a top performer wherever you've been, want real ownership, and want the work to matter, keep reading.

What You'll Own

  • A full desk: sourcing, screening, selling, closing, and keeping candidates engaged through credentialing
  • Your activity metrics, with the autonomy to decide how you hit them
  • Pipeline for specific specialties and territories as we expand
  • Direct partnership with hiring managers and ops leadership

What We're Looking For

  • A track record of hitting quota, KPIs or performance targets, with the numbers to back it up
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in recruiting, sales, hospitality or leadership
  • Comfort with high-volume outbound and hearing no
  • Real emotional intelligence. You're recruiting clinicians who care deeply about patients, and they can tell when they're being handled.
  • Coachable and competitive. High standards, low ego.

Why You'll Want This One

  • Base plus bonus, so a strong month pays off without the floor dropping out
  • One mission and one set of priorities, so your pipeline work compounds instead of resetting
  • We measure quality, not just submittals. Retention counts.
  • A defined path to Senior Recruiter with a higher base band, based on performance rather than tenure

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $50,000 to $55,000
  • First-year total: $62,000 to $75,000 with performance bonuses
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Health, dental, vision, 401(k)
