What You’ll do
CompuNet, Inc is seeking a Business Support Analyst to join our Order Management operations team in Boise, Idaho. This entry-level position plays a critical role in order management through data entry, tracking and updating the order status of equipment purchased for customer projects. Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Tracking order processing, distribution and shipment and assigning tracking information
- Verifying and auditing sales orders and notifying project team about delivery
- Reconciling Accounts Payable liability accounts to general ledger account balances
- Tracking RMAs and credit memos in order to update project notes
- Matching invoices to purchase orders, auditing for approvals, coding and proper documentation, and ensuring that invoices are filed quickly and accurately
- Monitoring orders for delays and notifying the Account Manager to help resolve any resulting issues
Who you are
We're looking for a candidate that takes pride in doing a good job, is highly detail oriented, flexible and open to growth. A successful candidate will have strong communication skills along with the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Experience using ConnectWise, Oracle or other business automation solutions
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Excellent organization, time management and independent work skills
- Capacity to plan and prioritize workload according to applicable deadlines
- Strong analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving techniques with the ability to sense and forecast problem areas
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with general computer applications (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work in a team environment and interdepartmentally
