CompuNet, Inc. is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Strategic Partnership, Enterprise Networking within our Partnership, Enablement and Programs (PEP) team. This position is pivotal in shaping and executing the Go-To-Market strategy for the technical domain of Enterprise Networking (EN) across all of CompuNet.
What You’ll Do
As Director of Strategic Partnership, Enterprise Networking, you will be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing a comprehensive business plan for the EN business. Your scope will include go-to-market strategy, service portfolio development, marketing alignment, innovation, and internal/external leadership. You will work closely with Executive Leadership, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and Engineering to ensure our networking offerings are relevant, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the VP of Partnership, Enablement and Programs.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Program Leadership
- Develop and lead strategic initiatives within the Enterprise Networking domain.
- Collaborate across engineering, sales, and marketing to drive innovation and program success.
- Oversee execution of strategic programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Participate in executive leadership meetings to report on business plan performance and outcomes.
Professional Services Development
- Lead a steering committee (virtual team) of networking-focused engineers to design and refine professional service offerings.
- Drive innovation and lifecycle management of specialized enterprise networking programs.
Vendor Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, service providers, and distributors in the networking space. Specifically, be the main point of contact for our largest and most meaningful relationship with Cisco across all technology domains.
- Participate in QBRs, solution evaluations, and partnership program reviews.
- Identify and present growth opportunities to the House of Engineering.
Portfolio Unification
- Package and message CompuNet’s networking capabilities as a cohesive portfolio.
- Ensure alignment across people, processes, and tools to deliver a unified and market-leading offering.

Additional Responsibilities
- Represent Enterprise Networking in Executive QBRs and strategic customer engagements.
- Co-lead the Enterprise Networking Virtual Team (VT) with a designated Enterprise Architect with regular cadence.
- Promote internal networking culture and vision while also supporting the direction from key VT participants and architects from the engineering organization.
- Monitor and measure networking services portfolio and product sales.
- Own product research and service innovation.
- Support go-to-market execution and field enablement.
- Build trust-based relationships across the organization and with partners.
- Champion CompuNet’s culture and core values.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of industry experience, ideally in a leadership capacity within Enterprise Networking.
- Proven ability to manage complex programs in a matrixed organization.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and communication skills.
