What You’ll do
CompuNet is seeking a Lifecycle Manager to provide support and satisfaction to our existing and future customer base. This role is responsible for managing licensing and support renewals, identifying and driving expansion opportunities, and providing support to sales and engineering teams to ensure customer software and support requirements are effectively met.
Who you are
A strong team player with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, delivering exceptional results. You have a deep understanding of buying programs of several manufacturers (i.e. Cisco, Palo Alto, Dell, HPE) across all product portfolios, enabling you to provide strategic insights and guidance to internal teams and customers. With strong analytical skills, you excel at identifying actionable recommendations for sales and engineering teams, ensuring our customers receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
You bring extensive experience in contract management, successfully navigating the complexities of diverse customer accounts ranging from Enterprise-level organizations to SMBs. You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Additionally, you possess excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to build trust and drive success for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing Enterprise Agreements (EA) across key customer accounts
- Collaborate strategically with sales and engineering teams to safeguard the customer base and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure customer compliance with EA contract terms, including adherence to usage limits and licensing requirements.
- Management of customer license and support usage to avoid unnecessary costs for customers.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders on strategic buying timelines to maximize the benefits of Enterprise Agreements.
- Present meaningful insights to key customer stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Analyze customer usage and trends to uncover cost-saving opportunities within the EA framework and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Drive lifecycle advantage initiatives to encourage customer adoption which aligns to CompuNet's lifecycle efforts and partner programs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for customers entering buying programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience selling or supporting complex licensing and services with proven track record of success.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets, create pivot tables, use advanced formulas, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
