Role Overview:
As an eLearning Alliance Sales Executive, you will report directly to the President of CGS Canada (Learning Division). You will identify, pursue, and secure strategic alliances with top-tier eLearning content providers, system integrators, and learning technology companies. Your mission is to expand Cicero’s reach by embedding our cutting-edge platform into partner offerings, accelerating their market growth and transforming the way organizations train their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-potential eLearning content providers and licensing partners to integrate Cicero into their training solutions.
  • Forge alliances with system integrators and learning technology companies, expanding Cicero’s global footprint.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to build a robust network and uncover new strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Evaluate and onboard partners based on their content strengths, technical capabilities, market standing, and strategic alignment.
  • Deliver compelling product demos of Cicero’s AI-driven capabilities to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cicero’s strategic partner ecosystem, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring mutual success.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, continuously optimizing to drive revenue growth and channel expansion.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new partners.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

  • Deep understanding of the eLearning industry and emerging trends
  • Strong knowledge of learning technologies and the ability to translate technical advantages into strategic benefits
  • Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proven project management abilities to oversee successful partnership initiatives
  • Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills
