
Recruiter - Bilingual (Spanish)
Position Description
The Recruiter will play a pivotal and dynamic role in supporting the hiring process within the ParkX Division, which stands as the fastest-growing division in our esteemed company. As the key liaison between the human resources department and the ParkX Division, they will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at driving forward our recruitment efforts. From meticulously managing the candidate pipeline to fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, sourcing top-tier talent, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, this role serves as the cornerstone of our division's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for all roles.
- Leverage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information, monitor progress throughout the recruitment process, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute job postings across appropriate platforms and channels to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, meetings, and drafting offer letters, while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers, department heads, and other key stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Engage passive candidates and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Plan and facilitate recruitment events, such as job fairs and networking sessions.
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with local workforce agencies, community organizations, educational institutions, and professional networks to proactively build and sustain a diverse candidate pipeline.
- Leverage technology and digital tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, job boards, social media, and AI-driven search tools) to identify, engage, and evaluate top talent, continuously improving sourcing effectiveness and pipeline quality.
- Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, correspondence, and recruitment activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of one-year relevant experience.
- Bilingual Spanish
- High volume or agency recruiting preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and use new software programs quickly and effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidential information in accordance with Comstock policy.
