We are currently looking to hire a Secured Space Coordinator to join our team embedded with our client in Culver City, CA

*This position requires working onsite full-time at our client's Headquarters in Culver City, CA. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Secured Space Coordinator will lend operational support to participate and plan executive security coverage within a small team environment. The individual will act to support threat management and emergency response and will be the first point of contact for guests. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide top-level customer service to employees and guests.
  • Develop building-specific security incident procedures specific to the work area and standardize across all suites
  • Build and maintain business relationships with building management, vendors, and external security partners
  • Handle a database of security team inventory, equipment, training certifications, and security information
  • Conduct quarterly audits of documents to maintain team compliance
  • Provide security briefings to senior company leadership
  • Assist and support executive protection details
  • Participate in Administrative Team meetings and planning sessions
  • Maintain a log of all-suite security incidents and projects
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
  • High ethical standards with a proven track record of handling highly confidential and critical information; excellent judgment, discretion, and tact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort collaborating with senior company leadership
  • Skilled in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience, preferably in security, law enforcement, or military field  
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Security Operations Center experience preferred
  • Executive protection experience preferred
  • Investigative experience preferred

Los Angeles, California Pay Range

$35 - $35 USD
