We are currently looking to hire a Site Security Specialist to join our team (embedded with our client in Seattle, WA)!
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Site Security Specialist will serve a critical security function while maintaining a customer service-focused approach. The individual will maintain access control, support incident management, assist in coordinating emergency response, and will be the first point of contact for team member’s guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- As necessary, monitor access control technology and other security tools, support help tickets, and facilitate guest visits.
- Maintain building-specific security incident escalation procedures for different work areas and standardize them across all suites.
- Build and maintain business relationships with facility and building management personnel, vendors, and external security partners, including local law enforcement.
- Liaise and support internal coordination efforts and training objectives for corporate safety team members.
- Maintain and audit a log of all-suite security incidents and projects.
- As needed, provide direct support to the corporate security team, including open source monitoring, threat management, risk management, and investigations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
- High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort level in interfacing with senior company leadership
- Skilled in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles
- Emotional intelligence and a customer-focused approach status.
- Proficient with Apple (MAC) Hardware & Google Suite Software.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- This is a full-time position working onsite Monday through Friday at our client's Seattle Waterfront location.
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience preferably in security, law enforcement, or military discipline
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Point 1/S2
- JIRA

- Security Operations Center experience preferred
- Investigative experience preferred
