We are currently looking to hire a remote Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Corporate team in Kirkland, WA, supporting both corporate and embedded hiring efforts across the organization. You’ll play a critical part in identifying talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
This position allows for remote work arrangements from within the United States. Candidates' work hours will be based on the Pacific Time Zone to align with our business needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Associate will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on administrative coordination and scheduling. This role will manage the front-end of the hiring process for both corporate and embedded positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities include talent sourcing, candidate identification, interview scheduling, calendar management, and database upkeep. The Associate will also build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking and act as a strategic staffing partner to internal stakeholders and external clients. As the role develops, the Associate will have the opportunity to grow into conducting candidate interviews and contributing more directly to talent evaluation and selection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and assisting with conducting video screenings
- Coordinate all interview logistics — including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and client partners
- Ensure exceptional candidate experiences through timely communication, clear updates, and thoughtful coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting stages in our Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track key data to support hiring managers and internal team members
- Manage internal and external calendars for interviews, meetings, and recruiting events
- Help organize and coordinate recruiting initiatives such as career fairs, alumni outreach, and sourcing projects
- Research and recommend new tools or strategies for reaching active and passive candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to meet hiring goals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, HR, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, or administrative support
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to build relationships across all levels
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills — you keep track of multiple tasks with ease
- Professional judgment, discretion, and ability to work independently
- Comfortable learning new software and tools (e.g., scheduling, communications, CRM/ATS platforms)
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Greenhouse ATS experience
- Google Workspace fluency (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail)
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and project tools like Monday.com
- Experience managing complex or high-volume calendars
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients, including experience supporting international candidates and navigating global hiring considerations such as time zones, work authorization, and cultural nuances.
