We are currently looking to hire a Growth and Operations Associate to join our Corporate team in Kirkland, WA! This position allows for remote work arrangements.
*The standard schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST time zone hours.
*Remote (US Only) - PST Hours Required. This position is remote and open to US-based candidates only. Must be available to work PST business hours with flexibility to accommodate urgent deadlines and cross-time zone collaboration outside standard hours when necessary.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to provide critical support to our Strategy and Growth Operations Team (Sales and Business Development Team), with a primary focus on CRM support, administrative coordination, and proposal/RFP process support. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our Salesforce system through data maintenance, reporting, and team training. Additionally, the position will assist with internal coordination of RFPs and proposals, as well as provide day-to-day administrative support to help the sales team operate efficiently and stay focused on growth opportunities.
This role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to stay organized while juggling multiple time-sensitive priorities. A collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach are essential to effectively support a fast-paced sales and business development team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- CRM Maintenance & Support
- Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular cleanup; develop and manage reports and dashboards; support Salesforce integrations with other tools; provide training and troubleshooting support to team members; keep processes and procedure documents up to date.
- Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist with meeting follow-ups, action item tracking, and scheduling; support the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, events, and related initiatives.
- Proposal & Process Coordination
- Organize and manage internal RFP and proposal workflows to ensure alignment with deadlines and deliverables.
- Team & Operational Support
- Provide general administrative support to the growth team to enhance team coordination, communication, and overall efficiency.
- Lead Management & Research
- Manage and route inbound leads to the sales team; assist with lead research and competitor benchmarking to support sales targeting and strategic outreach.
- This position requires up to 10% travel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, CRM administration, business development coordination, or a similar role, with hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to support team workflows and maintain organized, efficient processes.
- Experience organizing internal processes or workflows
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship..
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting tools or basic dashboard creation
- Experience with common AI project management and research tools
- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Google Workspace or SharePoint
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting and engaging with senior organizational leaders and executive clients
- Event or conference coordination experience is a plus
- Comfort working cross-functionally with numerous internal teams and vendors
- Previous experience with confidential and sensitive information

Seattle, Washington Pay Range
$28.50 - $30 USD
