We are currently looking to hire a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote work arrangements.
*This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, hours based on position needs. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our Growth Operations Team. This role is responsible for managing social media channels, maintaining and updating company websites, creating marketing collateral, and branded templates based on a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate will have strong design and communication skills and experience with content planning and analytics. This role requires frequent, high-touch interaction with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. Strong time management, multitasking abilities, and a high level of professionalism are essential to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the content creation and daily management of the company's social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms.
- Maintain and update company websites, including content edits, blog posts, media uploads, client portals, e-commerce, and form management.
- Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, event invitations, pitch decks, and branded graphics.
- Create, organize, and maintain internal and external templates for presentations, proposals, and branded documents, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the team.
- Monitor analytics for social media and website performance, sharing insights and recommendations with leadership to inform future content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to support digital marketing initiatives, advertising campaigns, and branded materials.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of related experience in corporate marketing, communications, and social media management
- Experience creating, managing, and reporting on full-funnel marketing campaigns
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Hands-on experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience creating marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and branded assets
- Familiarity with organizing and maintaining brand templates and document systems
- Comfortable analyzing social media and website analytics to inform strategy
- Experience working with vendors or external partners on campaigns or creative projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Experience working with highly confidential information
- This position requires up to 10% travel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using MQL systems (e.g., Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot)
- Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using Google Suite
- Experience writing code for website design
- Demonstrated history of social media engagement and follower growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment

Seattle, Washington Pay Range
$85,000 - $95,000 USD
