We are currently hiring an Associate Property and Facilities Manager to join our team embedded with our client in Marin County!
This position requires working onsite at the client's properties in Marin County, including Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Nicasio.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented property operations professional to support the day-to-day upkeep of a private family’s residential properties across Stinson Beach, Bolinas, and Nicasio. This role requires Marin-area residency to ensure timely, hands-on service across all three locations. The ideal candidate brings solid general maintenance and repair skills along with the organization and follow-through to keep routine property operations running smoothly, working under the direction of the Property and Facilities Manager.
You will support property systems oversight, general repairs and maintenance, vendor coordination, and vehicle upkeep for estate vehicles. This associate-level position suits someone building a career in private residential property management and combines practical technical skills with the discretion, judgment, and service orientation expected in a private household setting.
A personal vehicle is required; mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS rate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support day-to-day upkeep of residential properties across multiple sites
- Hands-on technical skills, with working knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Assist in scheduling and tracking routine and preventative maintenance
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors on repairs; flag building system issues as they arise
- Support renovation projects by tracking timelines, vendor communications, and on-site coordination
- Help source and schedule vendors and contractors, and monitor quality of completed work
- General familiarity with municipal and county water, septic, and/or sewer systems a plus
- Organized and proactive approach to anticipating routine property needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and compliance items
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with principals and household staff
- Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment consistent with private service in a UHNW household
- Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day priorities across multiple properties
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–4 years of property management, facilities, or related maintenance experience
- This position requires up to 50% travel

San Francisco, California Pay Range
$150,000 - $180,000 USD
