We are currently looking to hire a Vice President, Enterprise Solutions, to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote work arrangements from within the United States.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Vice President of Enterprise Solutions will lead the growth and expansion of SPS’s Enterprise Solutions portfolio across the United States, with a primary focus on scaling recurring revenue through membership-based assistance models (GEAR and Global Assistance) and related service offerings. This role will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
The successful candidate will combine deep experience in solution-based B2B sales with a proven track record in high-value membership or subscription services, ideally within the security, risk management, or corporate travel assistance sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Own the Enterprise Solutions revenue target for the US market, delivering sustained growth in line with the SPS business plan.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for GEAR and Global Assistance products, targeting mid-size corporates, NGOs, and other relevant sectors.
- Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progression from prospect to closed deal.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and secure new corporate clients through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build relationships with decision-makers in security, HR, risk, and travel management functions.
- Position SPS as a trusted partner, clearly articulating value propositions and ROI for prospective clients.
Account Management & Retention
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing client engagement.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Partnership Development
- Develop strategic alliances with complementary service providers, resellers, and industry associations to expand reach and distribution.
- Leverage partnerships to accelerate sales velocity and enhance market credibility.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to ensure offerings remain competitive and relevant.
KPIs & Success Measures:
- Achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets for Enterprise Solutions in the US.
- Number of new corporate clients acquired.
- Retention and renewal rates for existing clients.
- Expansion of reseller/partner network.
- Growth in average contract value (ACV) and lifetime customer value (LCV).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 8+ years of proven B2B sales experience with responsibility for six-to-seven-figure annual quotas.
- Strong track record in recurring revenue/membership/subscription-based models.
- Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to communicate complex value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently while part of a global team.
- This position requires extensive travel up to 80%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in security, medical assistance, risk management, insurance, or corporate travel industries.
- Established network within US corporate risk, security, or travel management sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce) and structured sales methodologies.

Seattle, Washington Pay Range
$225,000 - $225,000 USD
