We are currently looking to hire an (Enter Position Title) to join our team embedded with our client in Seattle! This position requires working onsite at our client's Headquarters in Seattle, WA.

JOB DESCRIPTION

An experienced detail oriented and reliable Head Cleaner to lead cleaning operations across all three properties, Chateau, Hizzy & Studio House. Also, supervise over 1 to possibly 2 cleaning staff members. This role combines hands-on high standard cleaning with team leadership, scheduling, quality control and coordination to maintain excellent cleanliness and organization throughout the residences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and personally perform deep, thorough, and consistent cleaning across all properties to uphold the highest stands of cleanliness and presentation. 
  • Supervise,train and direct 1-2 cleaning staff members on proper cleaning techniques, product usage, safety protocols,task assignments and scheduling to ensure consistent quality and efficiency. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed cleaning checklists, protocols and standard operating procedures for each property. 
  • Travel between the properties as needed to provide on-site oversight, perform hands-on duties, address urgent cleaning issues and maintain direct visibility into property conditions.  
  • Oversee, schedule and/or perform specialized cleaning and care tasks, including crystal polishing,silver polishing, fine wood care, delicate fabrics, and other high value or sensitive items. 
  • Coordinate with the operations manager and team members on deep cleaning projects, seasonal refreshes, household laundry placement. 
  • Manage pre-and post event support, including event set-ups, on-site hospitality during gatherings and thorough clean-ups to ensure seamless execution. 
  • Coordinate proactively with the operations manager regarding issues, progress, supply needs and property concerns. 
  • Maintain visibility into family/household calendars to anticipate arrivals, events, guest stays and cleaning priorities, ensuring properties are always show-ready. 
  • Ensure safe, eco friendly and discreet use of cleaning products and methods; manage inventory of supplies, order as needed, and promote sustainable practices while protecting fine furnishings, art, and valuables. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
  • This position requires up to 25% travel.

$57.50 - $57.50 USD
