About the Role

As the Influencer Community & Social Media Associate, you will be responsible for developing, building, and executing Conductor’s Influencer Community and overall social media strategy to expand brand awareness, drive engagement, develop content strategies, and build meaningful relationships with key industry influencers and our broader audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Conductor’s overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage an influencer community program that aligns with Conductor’s broader marketing objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with industry influencers, brand advocates, and thought leaders who resonate with our target audience.
  • Coordinate with influencers to co-create authentic and engaging content that drives engagement and supports Conductor’s brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage influencer partnerships from outreach to execution, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze influencer program performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Create and curate engaging content (video, audio, graphics, and written posts) for Conductor’s social media channels, with support from creative team resources.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and maintain an organized posting schedule.
  • Generate real-time social posts in response to industry happenings and news.
  • Engage in social listening and actively interact with mentions and followers across platforms.
  • Analyze data and insights to refine social media and influencer strategies, optimizing for growth and engagement.
  • Provide monthly reporting on audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, content, design, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure influencer and social media initiatives are integrated into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines and brand standards for influencer partnerships and sponsored content.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven expertise in social media marketing, with experience growing engagement and followership for B2B brands.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing partnerships with influencers and content creators.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling short-form social media copy and translate long-form content into engaging posts.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an ability to create high-quality social content for various platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with influencers and social media audiences authentically.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple moving parts in a content calendar.
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe suite to edit or create social graphic templates is a plus. 
  • Experience editing/creating short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and/or Instagram Reels is a plus.
  • Passion for SEO, content marketing, and digital growth strategies is a plus.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. 

The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
