We’re looking for a curious, creative, and motivated UX & Product Design Intern to join our Product & Design team. This is a great opportunity to work on real product challenges, learn from experienced designers, and contribute to a platform that helps businesses optimize their websites through data, experimentation, and AI-powered insights.

What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to the design of new features, components, and workflows within our platform
- Support research and discovery efforts through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers in an agile environment
- Help maintain and evolve our design system by contributing new patterns or refining existing ones
- Participate in design critiques, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions
- Get hands-on mentorship and regular feedback to help grow your skills and confidence
Skills You’ll Need:
- A strong interest in UX and product design, with a desire to learn and grow
- Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Good communication skills—you’re comfortable sharing ideas and asking questions
- Attention to detail and a passion for crafting intuitive user experiences
- Bonus: Any experience with prototyping, user research, or design systems is a plus
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field
- Portfolio (can be school work, side projects, or case studies) that demonstrates your design thinking
- Available for full-time / part-time internship

Compensation: This is a non-exempt role being paid an hourly wage/40 hours a week.
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Note: Actual salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
