Senior Product & UX Designer (m/f/d)

We are a forward-thinking, product-driven organization in search of a Senior Product and UX Designer to contribute to the evolution of our platform, which provides comprehensive data reporting and insights to empower our customers. We seek an individual with a blend of creative vision, a customer-centric approach, and technical expertise to craft user-focused design solutions and exceptional experiences. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape innovative interactions on our AI-driven platform. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting research, designing interfaces rooted in value, conducting usability testing, and developing prototypes to validate design concepts.

 Responsibilities:
•    Leverage a human-centered design process to lead and deliver easy-to-use user interfaces and user experiences.
•    Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design features and digital experiences.
•    Keep the customer in mind at all times with each initiative, product, feature and user story to ensure ease of use, consistency and customer satisfaction.
•    Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to allow you to work closely with and communicate ideas to Product Managers, Developers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
•    Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
•    Develops high level, detailed storyboards and mock-ups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
•    Create prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies.
•    Prototype design solutions for review, testing, and handoff to engineering.
•    Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business and usability goals.
•    Balance experimentation with execution and delivery.
•    Present design work to multiple teams for review and feedback.
•    Work on both release track and future vision concepts for your product.
•    Contribute to the UX foundation resources and assets repository, such as the design system, style guides, and design pattern library.
•    Contributes to the organizations shared knowledge of user-centered design and research methodologies.

About you:
•    5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX Design, particularly in browser-based applications
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or a equivalent experience and certifications
•    Self-starter who consistently sets high standards for themselves, the team and the work delivered
•    Strong working knowledge of UX design and User interface design principles
•    Experience with user testing and usability analysis
•    Tech-savvy
•    Work independently to lead and drive large initiatives.
•    A conceptual thinker with the ability to analyze and break work down into near and long term phases. 
•    Excel at managing and influencing a broad stakeholder group.
•    Capable of juggling a number of priorities and delivering results on time in a high pressure, dynamic environment.
•    Knowledge and proficiency with industry tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira are required
