Conga is seeking a Sr. Engagement Manager with 8+ years of SAAS project management experience to oversee multiple customer implementations of Conga’s Industry leading SAAS products, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) , Order Management, & Billing and additional solutions. This is a highly visible role within Conga and to our clients. As a key player, you will engage directly with customers while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Delivery, Engineering, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Support, and more. At Conga, we thrive on solving complex problems at scale within ambitious timeframes to ensure customer success.

This role is mission-critical to Conga, dedicated to ensuring the success of strategic and enterprise customers adopting Conga’s platform. Your work will shape the program for migrating these customers to our next-generation platform, establishing best practices that all customers will follow. With high visibility to Conga leadership, you will be at the forefront of delivering and supporting enterprise-wide implementations. Your ability to manage the full project lifecycle—from planning to delivery—will help build long-lasting relationships with customers and accelerate time-to-value for their solutions. By ensuring successful implementation of the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform, you will empower customers to boost productivity, accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiencies—critical elements for their business success.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Project Management Expertise- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple customer projects simultaneously. You will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within scope and budget, while creating a scalable and reproducible rollout framework for strategic and enterprise implementations. With 8+ years of experience in project management, you are well-versed in SAAS (Software-As-A-Service) implementations and nuances associated with making the product work for the customers. You possess extensive knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office with the below experience.
- Hands on involvement with CPQ/CLM/CRM solutions is mandatory (any one), along with involvement in product implementations.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing the estimations for the implementations involving configuration and customization for customer specific use cases.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allows you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way. You will be the primary point of contact for early adopters, providing them with information, updates, and support throughout the program. Clear and effective communication is crucial to ensure participants understand their role, responsibilities, and the program's benefits.
Time. Willingness to understand you will be working with a global team/customer base. This means you know you may not necessarily be working “9 to 5” but are willing take a call either early in the morning or late in the evening to accommodate your global team members.

Innovative Thinking. You should be able to think on your feet and pivot easily when things need to change or move in a different direction in order to make our early adopters successful. You should be able to be innovative with finding new and creative solutions for problems we haven’t run into before.
Relationship Building. As the project manager, you will foster strong relationships with early adopters, acting as a liaison between them and the internal teams. Building rapport, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for participants will help drive engagement and retention.
Experience and Certifications
- Previous experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) technologies is essential, especially with exposure to Conga products.
- Industry certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar credentials will set you apart.
