Job Title: Associate Principal Developer, PS

A quick snapshot…
As an Associate Principal Developer, you will utilize your Salesforce knowledge for configuration and customization. You will have excellent coding skills and should be able to implement complex design. The role involves either working independently OR as a part of a larger team. While working in a team, you’ll also collaborate with Technical Architects, Solution Architects, junior developers, QA Engineers and also with customer teams. The role requires very good verbal and written communication skills. You should be able to collaborate with other Product Management teams for timely resolution of issues which impact customer satisfaction.

This crucial role diligently works on customer projects to implement complex design and deliver highest quality to the customer. This role would work directly with the customer team and the APD is one of the key members who contributes to achieve very high customer satisfaction thereby making Professional Services a world class team.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- Related experience. You should have 7-10 years of development experience with Salesforce, APEX/Visual Force, LWC, and have hands on knowledge in domains like configure/price/quote, contract management, revenue management and other related solutions is required for this role. You should also have experience in requirement analysis, design and deployment activities. Knowledge of Conga products is a great advantage.
- Implementation and Integration. This is an absolute must. Your proven ability to analyze and apply logical thinking to determine the root cause of an issue is fundamental to success in this role. Proven experience in development that include configuration, customization, integration with other systems. Should have great coding and unit testing skills.
- Coding and Programming expertise. You should understand business requirements regarding product management and develop solution design and enhancements using different configurations, APEX, Visual Force, C#, Angular / React JS (or equivalent front-end technologies). Thorough unit testing with a high level of code coverage is necessary. You should have demonstrated experience of working as part of an Agile development team. Experience automated deployment process will help score more.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
