Job Title: Sr. UX Designer
Locations: Ahmedabad / Bengaluru/ Pune
Reports to: Manager, User Experience, R&D
A quick snapshot: A portfolio highlighting multiple projects demonstrating experiences crafting human-centered digital interfaces. Experience defining overall UX strategy for seamless experiences, components library, and systems for reuse across multiple products in a suite.

Are you the person we’re looking for?
Related Experience. At least 5 Years of strong experience as a UX Designer. Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process. Outstanding conceptual and interaction design skills with a track record of designing and shipping successful platform experiences for enterprise users.
Communication. Ability to communicate concepts across different teams and varying levels of the organization to influence product design strategy. Working closely with UX leads to drive alignment with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Program Managers, and Research) and stakeholders to help shape the definitions and strategies of the design system.
Resourceful & Collaborative. You will contribute to the team in delivering user experience specifics and guidelines for a SaaS Design System.
Skills and Experience: Proficiency in an Agile environment.
- Visual design: FIGMA
- Technical Skills: Creating user-flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Prototyping tools: Figma or any other tool
- Design tool: FIG JAM or MIRO
