Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

Location: Bangalore

Reports to: Manager, Product Management

A quick snapshot…

As a Senior Product Manager for Conga Revenue Products, you will be primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the Conga Order Management, Billing and Invoicing products on multi platforms including Conga Advantage Platform and Salesforce. You’ll help to define and deliver next-generation AI based Agentic solutions that meet the current and upcoming needs of the industry. You’ll need to be hands-on on the product features, collaborate with other cross product teams, guide the sales and delivery teams, and work with the product and engineering scrum teams to ensure we deliver exceptional value to customers through our product.

As the industry looks forward to deploying the Agentic AI tools partially or fully and embracing the combination of SaaS and Consumption based billing & invoicing solutions, Conga products should support a variety of implementation options. Your passion and work will assist in shaping and selling the future of AI-driven solutions that help our customers and prospects to reduce manual processes, automate their business process flows, eliminate billing and invoicing errors, and gain significant revenue intelligence insights from our products.

Are you the person we’re looking for?

Relevant Experience.

· 8+ years of Product Management experience in Quote To Cash (QTC) solutions such as Order Management, Subscription Management & Billing, Consumption Billing, and Invoicing.

· Must have hands-on experience in defining and delivering enterprise-grade products, from conception through launch and ongoing enhancements.

· Must have integration experience in developing inbound/outbound APIs or connectors with ERPs, Taxation and Payment systems.

· Must have the AI knowledge and solution approaches to define agentic workflow framework.

· Any product management or implementation experience or hands-on knowledge with CPQ, CLM or Revenue Recognition (ASC606/IFRS15) is a bonus.

Research and Creativity.

· Conduct market research to identify emerging market trends in the said product areas.

· Collaborate with Conga professional services, Conga’s partner teams, Customer GTM teams, Conga engineering and UX teams to conceptualize and prototype the new/innovative features or enhancements.

· Continuously gather the market and customer feedback, iterate product requirements, and prioritize feature development for maximum impact.

Leadership skills.

· Work cross-functionally with other product teams such as CPQ, CLM, Document Automation, AI teams, Conga Platform, etc. to define and deliver the end-to-end revenue intelligence features.

· Lead the discussions with key internal stakeholders such as sales, training teams, professional services, and support teams to have an ongoing dialogue and relation with them.

· Develop and show the live demos of product features to internal stakeholders, prospects, and existing customers.

Analyze and prioritize.

· Use data analytics, user feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions on product enhancements and roadmap.

· Balance customer requirements with technical feasibility and time-to-market pressures.

· Communicate roadmap priorities and release updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Customer experience.

· Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and tailor solutions that leverage metadata extraction to drive value.

· Maintain an ongoing feedback loop, documenting key learnings and using them to refine the product strategy.

· Partner with marketing to ensure new features are effectively positioned and promoted to maximize adoption.

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
