Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Product Operations
Locations: Houston OR Boston (Hybrid)
Reports to: Director, Product Operations and Programs

A quick snapshot…

We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to provide comprehensive program management support across a portfolio of products. This role operates at the center of Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Operations — bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end launch execution, program planning from ideation through delivery, and driving consistent execution across teams. If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy connecting strategy to execution, and love being the person who makes hard things move forward, this role is for you.

Why it’s a big deal...

This highly leveraged role directly enhances the quality and predictability of our product delivery. As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll help break down silos, align stakeholders, and create scalable ways of working across the organization. Your impact will be felt across multiple product teams — improving launch outcomes, strengthening execution rhythms, and empowering teams to focus on building great products while you ensure the surrounding systems operate smoothly.

Here's what we’re looking for...

End-to-End Program & Launch Ownership. You lead end-to-end program management for product delivery, spanning ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation. You ensure cross-functional readiness, establish clear accountability, and drive consistent execution.

Planning, Alignment & Execution. You facilitate planning and alignment across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams. You develop program plans tailored to each initiative, balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution. You engage in and help shape cadences such as release planning, quarterly business reviews, and all-hands to maintain strong execution rhythms.

Process Design & Continuous Improvement. You design, run, and continuously improve complex processes across product teams. You identify gaps between current and desired states, experiment with improvements, and implement measured changes that increase visibility, consistency, and efficiency. You facilitate retrospectives and ensure learnings translate into real change.

Risk Management & Problem Solving. You anticipate risks and issues in fast-paced environments and proactively develop mitigation strategies. You’re adept at diving into details to course correct as needed while maintaining a clear perspective on the bigger picture.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence. You operate as an expert collaborator and trusted partner, building strong relationships across functions. You motivate others through shared vision, persuade with data, and tailor your communication style to operate effectively at all levels, from execution-level details to executive-level updates.

Related Experience

  • 5+ years of program management experience with at least 3 years in senior-level program management roles supporting product management teams in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch
  • Experience supporting multiple products or complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong critical thinking and attention to detail, paired with the ability to recognize systemic opportunities
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills across all functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment and transparency
  • Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal oversight

Here’s what will give you an edge...

Force-multiplier mindset. You enhance team dynamics, focusing on how they work, not just what they deliver, thereby increasing both speed and quality across the organization.

Strategic operator. You bring a strong product mindset that connects strategy to execution and ensures work delivers meaningful outcomes.

Builder at scale. You design programs and processes that reduce silos and enable faster, higher-quality launches with flexibility and scalability in mind.

In the spirit of the Conga Way, we strive to design easy-to-understand compensation programs that are fair and free from any type of discrimination.  In keeping with this approach, we are committed to delivering competitive compensation and benefits packages to our colleagues worldwide and communicating transparently about the structure of our compensation programs.
