About the Job

We’re looking for a highly collaborative, solutions-oriented Product Manager, Enterprise Systems to help shape and evolve our enterprise business systems ecosystem, with a strong focus on ERP and related operational platforms. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and external technology partners, ensuring our systems support business growth, scalability, operational excellence, and increasingly AI-enabled decision making.

This isn’t a pure strategy role or a pure operational one, it’s both. You’ll own the enterprise systems roadmap, prioritize enhancements, manage external support partners, and roll up your sleeves to solve real business and systems challenges as they arise. You’ll play a key role in delivering technical business solutions across the organization while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes through automation, analytics, and AI technologies.

If you’re the kind of person who genuinely enjoys untangling complex business processes, translating them into clear system requirements, and seeing solutions land well with end users, this role was built for you. Success in this position comes from balancing long-term systems thinking with daily execution, driving projects forward, improving operational performance, and helping teams navigate change with confidence. We’re looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented, responsive, and comfortable leading change across both technical and nontechnical teams.

Reporting to the CFO, this role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Senior Leadership and will manage external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

What You Will Do

  • Own and evolve the company’s enterprise systems landscape, with primary responsibility for Acumatica ERP, related business applications, and general IT support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for ERP, technology, and support partners, managing vendor performance, escalations, and service delivery.
  • Develop and manage the enterprise systems roadmap aligned with business priorities and operational goals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, systems optimization, and AI enablement.
  • Establish governance, prioritization, and intake processes for system enhancements, integrations, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and AI enabled tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrations, reporting, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Lead enterprise systems initiatives from discovery through implementation, change management, and user adoption.
  • Define business requirements, priorities, timelines, success metrics, and coordinate solution delivery across stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service.
  • Develop reporting and KPI visibility to measure system effectiveness and business impact.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
  • Recommend system improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, testing, release management, and user acceptance activities.

What We Are Looking For

    • BA in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise business systems, ERP platforms, or business applications.
    • Experience working with ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
    • Strong understanding of business process workflows across finance, operations, inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
    • Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, or managed service providers.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive technical solution delivery.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or operationally complex environments, required
    • Familiarity with systems integrations, APIs, reporting tools, and workflow automation platforms.
    • Experience with enterprise systems roadmap planning and governance.
    • PMP, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management certifications are a plus.

    The ideal candidate is:

    • Business-minded and technically fluent
    • Highly organized and execution-oriented
    • Comfortable operating across both strategy and operations
    • Able to build trust across technical and non-technical teams
    • Effective at managing ambiguity and competing priorities
    • Proactive in identifying opportunities for systems and process improvement
    • Skilled at holding vendors and partners accountable for results
