About the Job

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for performing the physical and systems based tasks  involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of bulk flower  for Connected Cannabis Distribution. This role will also assist with compliance testing, and support the Distribution functions as a whole, including inventory, soft goods, and FGI.

 

What You Will Do

  • Bulk Order Fulfillment tasks
  • Receiving and intake of bulk flower from Cultivation 2-3 times per week frequency: check in physical flower, add to METRC, warehousing and staging of flower.
  • Pull and process bulk orders, including preparing outbound orders
  • Act as backup and supplemental testing support
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer order as well as ensuring product meets quality control standards
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, shipments, or deliveries
  • Confirm order shipment in Acumatica
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, transfer inventory, restocking and create new packages in Accumatica
  • Supports the Drivers with loading outbound orders
  • Aid in the barcoding of orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Manager, Fulfillment Operations 
  • Always upholds compliance and regulatory requirements; maintains the reputation of the company
  • Ensures bulk product inventory is entered correctly and organized for proper storage
  • Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean work environment

What We Are Looking For

  • High school or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of distribution experience specific to the shipping/outbound function
  • Experience with METRC and Acumatica
  • High Attention to detail
  • Adaptability to support multiple departments
  • Experience packaging bulk flower

Compensation

The starting hourly pay rate for this position in the selected city is: $21.00-25.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
